How does this work with a call center?

When it comes to your call center, you have two options for providing scheduling:

  1. We can provide your call center with a pre-verified widget where they can view and schedule appointments for your patients. This is the preferred method. 
  2. We can give them access to your clients app backend where they can utilize the “Call Center” tab to view and schedule appointments. We simply need the email(s) of the persons you want to allow to schedule.
