Making a new Schedule Rule is required for the following reasons:
- Activating a new Operatory in your system
- Adding a Reason for Visit to a new Multi-code or Procedure code not previously mapped
- Change how you schedule operatories in the Appointment Book (i.e Op4 is now hygiene and previously was a production chair)
Adding Schedule Rules can be a tricky task, so if it is your first time trying please email support@localmed.com or call 225-590-3054 and we can schedule a time to go over it. All we ask is that you tell us the following and we can walk you through it:
- What Reason for Visit needs to be updated
- What Operatories it can be scheduled into
