If your forms are already available online, it’s simple! During installation our techs will ask if you have a link to your forms – simply provide it at that time. Otherwise, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the link at anytime, and they will add the patient forms to the LocalMed appointment confirmation email.
1. Email our customer support team (email@example.com) with the name of your campaign. 2. They’ll generate a custom widget code for your ad so you can track exactly how many appointments originate from that campaign. 3. Once you have the code, create your ad and add the link as your destination page!
If you’re looking to add your LocalMed scheduling link to recall emails, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the type(s) of appointment you would like to include (ie. adult prophy, child prophy, consult, etc.) and we’ll send you a unique tracking link for each. All you need to do is put the link in your email!
